Khawateen Digest hereby strictly warns and notifies its esteemed readers, authors, writers, websites, social media platforms, groups, pages, blogs, and all other concerned individuals and organizations that all written, literary, photographic, graphic, visual, and digital material published in Khawateen Digest, Monthly Shuaa, Monthly Kiran, and Imran Digest is subject to the organization’s copyright and other applicable legal rights.
The articles, short stories, stories, novels, serialized writings, columns, editorials, special features, photographs, covers, designs, graphics, magazine pages, scanned pages, PDF/digital editions, and other material published by the organization may not, without the organization’s prior written permission, be wholly or partially copied, reproduced, republished, scanned or digitized, translated, modified, distributed, sold, commercially or non-commercially used, or made available to the public through any other means.
Such unauthorized use is strictly prohibited, except to the limited extent expressly permitted under applicable law.
STRICT PROHIBITION AGAINST UNAUTHORIZED ONLINE PUBLICATION
In particular, the administrators and operators of all such websites, blogs, online portals, mobile applications, forums, social media pages, groups, and accounts are hereby strictly warned against using the organization’s published material without authorization by copying, re-uploading, republishing, scanning, screenshotting, recording, downloading, digitizing, or distributing it.
This prohibition applies, without limitation, to all of the following sources and platforms:
- Websites and Online Portals
- Blogs and Forums
- YouTube and other Video Platforms
- Facebook Pages and Groups
- Instagram Pages and Accounts
- TikTok and other Social Media Platforms
- WhatsApp, Telegram, and other Messaging/Sharing Groups
- Google Drive, Cloud Storage, and File-Sharing Platforms
- Websites sharing PDFs, books, or digital content
- Mobile Apps and other Digital Platforms
- Any existing or future platform through which the organization’s material is published, shared, or distributed without authorization.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THE NAME “OFFICIAL PAGE” OR “OFFICIAL WEBSITE”
All such websites, pages, groups, and social media accounts are also strictly warned where they use the name of Khawateen Digest, Shuaa, Kiran, Imran Digest, or the organization itself and represent themselves as an Official, Official Page, Official Website, or as being affiliated with the organization, without having obtained any such written authorization from the organization.
All such individuals and administrators are hereby directed to immediately cease and desist from such conduct.
Any use of the organization’s name, identity, material, or reputation in a manner that may cause readers or the public to believe that such website, page, group, account, or platform is officially affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by the organization shall be considered contrary to the organization’s rights and interests.
LEGAL ACTION
The organization expressly reserves all rights and remedies available under the Copyright Laws, Electronic/Cyber Crime Laws, and other applicable laws in force in Pakistan against any unauthorized copying, publication, distribution, online uploading, digitization, commercial use, republication, or making the organization’s material available to the public in any form.
Where applicable, legal action may be taken under the Copyright Ordinance, 1962, as amended from time to time, the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 (PECA), and other applicable laws and regulations.
The Organization May, as Necessary:
- Issue a Copyright Infringement Complaint / Takedown Notice against the relevant website, page, account, group, or platform;
- Take steps to have unauthorized or unlawful material removed or blocked through the relevant social media or online platform;
- Approach the relevant government, legal, cybercrime, and Copyright Enforcement Authorities;
- Initiate civil or criminal legal proceedings, where legally applicable, against responsible individuals, administrators, publishers, or organizations;
- Pursue all available legal remedies for recovery of financial loss, business loss, reputational damage, and other losses or damages resulting from unauthorized use.
FINAL WARNING TO ALL ADMINISTRATORS
The administrators of websites, social media pages, groups, and accounts who, for their personal, commercial, or other interests, are uploading, sharing, republishing, or distributing material published by the organization without authorization are hereby given a FINAL AND STRICT WARNING to immediately:
Delete all unauthorized material, cease such publication and distribution, and refrain from republishing or distributing any material belonging to the organization without the organization’s prior written permission.
Following this warning, the organization will treat any further unauthorized publication, re-uploading, distribution, or copyright infringement with the utmost seriousness and reserves the right to initiate all available legal proceedings without further notice, where permitted by law.
No person, website, organization, page, group, or platform acquires any right to copy, publish, or distribute the organization’s material merely because such material is available on the Internet or has previously been published through another unauthorized source.
