Drive, Cloud Storage, and File-Sharing Platforms<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Websites sharing PDFs, books, or digital content<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Mobile Apps and other Digital Platforms<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Any existing or future platform through which the organization&#8217;s material is published, shared, or distributed without authorization.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div contenteditable=\"false\">\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<h2><strong>UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THE NAME \u201cOFFICIAL PAGE\u201d OR \u201cOFFICIAL WEBSITE\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">All such websites, pages, groups, and social media accounts are also strictly warned where they use the name of <strong>Khawateen Digest, Shuaa, Kiran, Imran Digest, or the organization itself<\/strong> and represent themselves as an <strong>Official, Official Page, Official Website<\/strong>, or as being affiliated with the organization, without having obtained any such written authorization from the organization.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">All such individuals and administrators are hereby directed to immediately cease and desist from such conduct.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Any use of the organization&#8217;s name, identity, material, or reputation in a manner that may cause readers or the public to remedies available under <strong>the Copyright Laws, Electronic\/Cyber Crime Laws, and other applicable laws in force in Pakistan<\/strong> against any unauthorized copying, publication, distribution, action may be taken under the <strong>Copyright Ordinance, 1962, as amended from time to time, the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 (PECA), and other applicable laws and criminal legal proceedings<\/strong>, where legally applicable, against responsible individuals, administrators, publishers, or organizations;<\/li>\n<li>Pursue all available legal remedies for recovery of <strong>financial loss, business loss, reputational damage, and other losses or damages<\/strong> resulting from unauthorized use.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div contenteditable=\"false\">\n<hr
